SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

​Shipping Information

Processing Times

All our candles and wax melts are handmade in small batches, so please allow:

  • 1–3 working days for order processing

  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched

During busy periods (Christmas, seasonal launches), processing may take slightly longer — but we will always keep you updated.

 

UK Shipping Rates

Standard UK Delivery

  • £3.99 flat rate

  • Delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri (2–4 working days)

Express Delivery

  • £5.99

  • Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent (1–2 working days)

Free Delivery

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £100

Delivery Delays

Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.
Delays caused by Royal Mail, strikes, bad weather, or seasonal volume are unfortunately outside of our control — but if your parcel is significantly overdue, please contact us and we will help locate it.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade home fragrance items, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Unwanted Items / Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Used wax melts

  • Opened products

  • Melted or partially melted items

  • Products damaged due to customer handling (e.g., improper burning)

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days, but return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Custom Orders

Personalised, custom-blended or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail or the courier.
If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty.

​

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not already been dispatched.
