Yes! All our candles and wax melts are hand-poured in small batches in Surrey to ensure quality and care in every single product.

Most of our products are vegan-friendly as we use plant-based wax and fragrance oils. If a scent contains non-vegan ingredients, we will clearly state it.

We use 100% soya wax, a plant-based, sustainable alternative that provides a clean burn and excellent scent throw.

Our 250ml tin candles burn for up to 35 hours when cared for properly.

Place your wax melt in the dish of a wax burner and use an unscented tealight underneath, or an electric warmer. Once melted, it will release fragrance into the room.

Each melt lasts several hours, depending on the scent and burner used. Replace when the fragrance fades.

Yes, we currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on the courier.

Yes! We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used candles or wax melts.

You can cancel or amend your order within 12 hours, as long as it has not been dispatched.

Yes — all products are CLP compliant, labelled correctly and safe when used as directed. Always follow our candle and wax melt safety instructions.
