- 01Yes! All our candles and wax melts are hand-poured in small batches in Surrey to ensure quality and care in every single product.
- 02Most of our products are vegan-friendly as we use plant-based wax and fragrance oils. If a scent contains non-vegan ingredients, we will clearly state it.
- 03We use 100% soya wax, a plant-based, sustainable alternative that provides a clean burn and excellent scent throw.
- 04Our 250ml tin candles burn for up to 35 hours when cared for properly.
- 05Place your wax melt in the dish of a wax burner and use an unscented tealight underneath, or an electric warmer. Once melted, it will release fragrance into the room.
- 06Each melt lasts several hours, depending on the scent and burner used. Replace when the fragrance fades.
- 07Yes, we currently ship within the UK only.
- 08Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on the courier.
- 09Yes! We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100.
- 10If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used candles or wax melts.
- 11You can cancel or amend your order within 12 hours, as long as it has not been dispatched.
- 12Yes! We offer wholesale accounts for boutiques, salons and small retailers. Please email info@violetsventures.co.uk for wholesale pricing.
- 13Yes — all products are CLP compliant, labelled correctly and safe when used as directed. Always follow our candle and wax melt safety instructions.
- 14Sometimes! If you’d like something special for events, weddings, or gift boxes, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
